An Emerald Ring Redesign with a Playful Diamond Detail

H, who lives near RECEPTION, often passes by our shop while walking her dog.

Our first meeting came when she stopped in one day and found a ring in the exact design she had been looking for. She decided to purchase it on the spot.

This time, H asked us to redesign an emerald ring that she no longer wore.

After hearing what H had in mind, we began working on the design. During the process, we also took the liberty of preparing an alternative that we thought would suit the emerald particularly well.

Our alternative proposal is shown here.

Both were beautiful options, but we felt the emerald itself was especially striking. That led us to propose a design that would allow H to enjoy seeing the stone whenever she wore the ring.

After reviewing both designs, H chose the one we had proposed, and we moved forward with the redesign.

As a playful finishing detail, we also set a diamond at the tip.

H was delighted with this detail as well.
