About shipping
How many days until shipment?
In-stock items are usually shipped by the next business day after payment confirmation.
For custom-made and remade items, it takes approximately one month, including the production period.
What is the delivery carrier? Will a tracking number be issued?
We will notify you of the shipping carrier and tracking number when your order is dispatched.
We use Sagawa Express.
You cannot choose the shipping carrier. Please note that for some regions, we may not be able to accommodate requests for specific delivery times.
Can you gift-wrap it?
It is compatible.
If you have a preference, please let us know when ordering.
Regarding payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card and bank transfer payments.
Please check the purchase screen for details.
Who should I contact about a payment error?
First, please contact your payment provider.
If the issue is not resolved, please contact us via the inquiry form.
Can I get a receipt?
It can be issued.

Regarding the product
Where can I confirm if the color is natural?
This can be confirmed by the information provided on the appraisal or sorting report.
At our store, we always confirm the presence of treatment and the origin of the color before handling any stones.
What are your purchasing criteria?
We select based on color and individual differences, assuming untreated natural stones.
We do not judge solely by general grade indications.
Selection and handling standards for natural, untreated diamonds
Does every item come with a certificate of authenticity?
For both loose gemstones and finished jewelry, information is provided based on the appraisal report or sorting results.
If an appraisal report is not included at the time of listing, we can arrange for one to be obtained (for a fee) upon request.
How much color difference should I expect between the photos and the actual product?
The appearance of the product may differ depending on the shooting and viewing environment.
While we do not expect the color to change significantly, if you have any concerns, please contact us using one of the methods below:

Can loose gemstones be made into jewelry?
Yes, we can.

Yes, it is possible.

About Custom Orders / Remakes
Is it a semi-custom order?
We also offer semi-customization.
You can choose between creating a piece based on existing designs or finished jewelry, or a full custom-made piece where you decide the stone, material, and design from scratch.

Can I use the stones I have on hand?
You can bring in just the stone or a piece of jewelry. We will assess the condition and size, and also advise you on the feasibility of your desired design. There may be limitations depending on the type of stone.
Can you remodel jewelry?
Yes, we can.
In addition to jewelry reform (remake) services, where we take your existing jewelry or loose stones and transform them into a new design, we also offer services to process and transform jewelry from our store (in stock).

Can I cancel midway through?
Feasibility varies depending on the process.
It is possible to accommodate requests before the craftsman begins the production process. After the production process has begun, actual costs will be incurred depending on the content of the request.
What if the item is not as imagined?
You will be able to review the completed image before placing your official order.
Since production will begin after you have reviewed the content, major changes cannot be made once it is complete.
