About shipping
How many days until shipment?
In-stock items are usually shipped within one business day after payment confirmation.
Custom-made and remade items will take approximately one month, including the production period.
What is the delivery carrier? Will a tracking number be issued?
We will notify you of the shipping carrier and tracking number when your order is dispatched.
We use Sagawa Express.
You cannot choose the shipping carrier. Please note that for some regions, we may not be able to accommodate requests for specific delivery times.
Can you gift-wrap it?
It is compatible.
If you have a preference, please let us know when ordering.
Regarding payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card and bank transfer payments.

Who should I contact about a payment error?
First, please contact your payment provider.
If the issue is not resolved, please contact us via the inquiry form.
Can I get a receipt?
It can be issued.

Regarding the product
Where can I confirm if the color is natural?
This can be confirmed from the information listed on the appraisal report or sorting report.
At our store, we always confirm the presence of treatment and the origin of the color before handling any items.

What are your purchasing criteria?
We select based on color and individual differences, prioritizing natural, untreated stones.
We do not rely solely on general grade designations.

Does every item come with a certificate of authenticity?
For both loose gemstones and finished jewelry, information is provided based on the appraisal report or sorting results.
If an appraisal report is not included at the time of listing, we can arrange for one to be obtained (for a fee) upon request.
How much color difference should I expect between the photos and the actual product?
Please note that there may be differences in how the product appears depending on the shooting environment and your viewing environment.
While we do not anticipate significant color changes, if you have any concerns, please consult us using the methods below:

Can loose gemstones be made into jewelry?
Yes, we can.
Please tell us about your intended use, desired design, budget, etc. Based on your requests, we will propose and refine designs to proceed with jewelry production.

Can it be resized?
Yes, it is possible.
Feasibility and scope depend on the design and structure. Please consult us before purchasing.
About Custom Orders / Remakes
Can I use the stones I have on hand?
You can bring in just the stone or a piece of jewelry. We will assess the condition and size, and also advise you on the feasibility of your desired design. There may be limitations depending on the type of stone.
Can it be remade?
Yes, we can.
We offer remake services where we take your existing jewelry or loose stones and transform them into a new design. We also offer remake services for processing and transforming jewelry (actual items) from our store.
*Please note that depending on the type, condition, and size of the stone, we may not be able to accommodate the request.

Can I cancel midway through?
Feasibility varies depending on the process.
It is possible to accommodate requests before the craftsman begins the production process. After the production process has begun, actual costs will be incurred depending on the content of the request.
What if the item is not as imagined?
You will be able to review the completed image before placing your official order.
Since production will begin after you have reviewed the content, major changes cannot be made once it is complete.
