Within one week from arrival date

If a defect caused by manufacturing or shipping is confirmed upon inspection within one week of delivery, we will provide a free repair or replacement.
(If parts such as stones are missing, or if it cannot be determined that the defect was caused by manufacturing or shipping, it may not be eligible for free repair.)

  • Setting defects
  • Clear manufacturing defects in clasps or structure
  • Damage during shipping

※Return shipping costs will be fully covered by us only if the defect is determined to be caused by manufacturing or shipping.
※Returns and cancellations are subject to the Notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

For adjustments and maintenance after use, we will assess the condition and determine whether we can accommodate your request.

  • Cleaning
  • Simple inspection
  • Resizing (up to ±1 size / once only / within 6 months of delivery)


Examples of paid services

  • Deformation or wear due to use
  • Work involving processes such as refinishing or repair
  • Adjustments exceeding the resizing range
