Shipping Time

In-stock items
In-stock items are usually shipped within 0-2business days.

Made-to-order and remake items
Made-to-order and remake items are produced after the order is confirmed.
Production usually takes approximately 3–5 weeks.

As each item is made individually by a craftsman, we may not be able to provide an exact delivery date at the time of order.
We will contact you before shipping once the item is ready.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping within Japan

Carrier:
Orders are shipped by Sagawa Express or Japan Post.

Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped.

Shipping Fee:
Free shipping within Japan.

Product prices include consumption tax and domestic shipping.
For remake orders, the shipping cost for sending your own item to us must be paid by the customer.

International Shipping

Carrier:
International orders are shipped by a carrier selected by our shop.
Available regions may vary.

Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped.

Shipping Fee:
International shipping fee is JPY 3,000.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes:
Any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees charged in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery of High-Value Items

In-person receipt:
To ensure safe delivery, high-value items are delivered by hand.
Parcel drop-off or unattended delivery is not available.

Damage or loss during delivery:
For high-value items, shipping insurance may be applied when necessary.
