1. Returns and Exchanges
Cases where returns or exchanges are accepted
If you receive a defective item, a damaged item, or an item that differs from your order, we will accept a return or exchange.
Made-to-order items and engraved items are also eligible for return or exchange in the case of damage, defects, or incorrect delivery.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item through the inquiry form or at contact@reception-jewelry.com
Once the returned item has arrived at our shop and inspection has been completed, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
We will proceed with the return or exchange as promptly as possible.
Cases where returns or exchanges are not accepted
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Returns or exchanges due to customer preference, such as a difference in image or impression
- Items for which more than 7 days have passed since delivery
- Used items
- Items damaged or scratched due to the customer’s carelessness
- Items with missing accessories or documents, such as identification reports, dedicated cases, or novelty items
- Made-to-order items or engraved items, except in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect delivery
2. Return Method
Returns are accepted by shipping.
In the case of an initial defect or incorrect delivery, return shipping fees and handling fees will be covered by our shop.

4. Refund Timing
If the refund is approved, we will process the refund to your designated bank account or cancel the credit card payment within 5 business days from the approval date.
Depending on the closing date of your credit card company, the payment may be charged once and then refunded through the credit card company at a later date.
