Payment
We accept credit card payments, bank transfers, and cash on delivery.

Delivery
◆ Shipping costs
Product prices include tax and domestic shipping.
For international shipping, a flat fee of 3,000 yen will be charged separately.
* For shipping personal items, customers are responsible for the shipping costs (prepaid).
◆ Delivery
For domestic deliveries, we use Sagawa Express.
For international deliveries, we will confirm available shipping methods based on the destination country and product details, and contact you individually.
After dispatch, domestic deliveries usually take 1-4 days, and international deliveries usually take 7-14 days, depending on customs clearance and delivery conditions.
We will inform you of the delivery method, along with the tracking number, individually once the details are finalized.
* Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees for international deliveries will be borne by the customer.
