How to Order
Consultation to delivery: approx. 1–1.5 months
We will communicate mainly by email. Online consultations are available via Zoom or Google Meet.

Order / Remake Consultation
We will reply and schedule a meeting within one business day.
*If you are using your own items: Please also send us the item name and images.
Step 2
(Approx. 15-60 minutes)

We'll discuss your specific requirements, design preferences, materials, budget, and other details.
After confirming all details are accurate, we will proceed with a proposal.
Step 3
(Approx. 1-2 weeks)

Based on the meeting content, we will propose designs, materials, and a rough estimate.
We will make revisions as needed.
You can check the finished image using 3DCAD data.
Step 4
Your final confirmation and approval will constitute a formal order.
*If you are providing your own items: Please ship them to our store.
Step 5
On the payment-only page
We will contact you with payment instructions by the next day.
Changes after payment will require a re-estimate depending on the nature of the change.
Step 6
(Approx. 3-4 weeks)
Once payment is confirmed, production by craftsmen will begin on the next business day.
During the process, we will provide updates on progress and estimated delivery times.
Step 7.
Final inspection. If any scratches or defects are found, we will contact you.
We will send you images of the finished product for your confirmation.
Step 8.
Ships within 1 business day. We will notify you of the shipping carrier and tracking number.

Is it a semi-custom order?
We also offer semi-custom orders.
You can choose between creating an item based on our selected designs or finished jewelry, or opting for a full custom order where you decide on the stones, materials, and design from scratch.

Can I have my jewelry remodeled?
Yes, we can.
We offer jewelry reforms (remakes) where we take your existing jewelry or loose stones and transform them into a new design. We also accommodate requests to process or remake jewelry (physical items) from our store.
*Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests depending on the type, condition, or size of the stone.

Can I use loose stones I already own? What about stones other than diamonds?
You can bring in your own items.
We accept loose stones or jewelry. Please consult us for gemstones other than diamonds.
We will check the condition and size, and then inform you whether your desired design is possible. There may be limitations depending on the type of stone.
Can I cancel midway through?
Feasibility varies depending on the process.
It is possible to accommodate requests before the craftsman begins the production process. After the production process has begun, actual costs will be incurred depending on the content of the request.
What if the item is not as imagined?
You will be able to review a preview of the finished product before placing your order.
Since production begins after you confirm the content, significant changes cannot be made once the product is complete.
