We will communicate mainly by email. Online consultations are available via Zoom or Google Meet.

Once we have confirmed the details, we will proceed with our proposal.

Material and Design Finalization

Based on the meeting, we will propose designs, materials, and a rough estimate.
Revisions will be made as needed.
You will review the finished image using 3D CAD data.
Step 4
Order Placement
Your official order will be placed once final confirmation and approval are received.

Payment

We will contact you with payment instructions by the next day.
Changes made after payment may require a new estimate depending on the content.

Production in Progress
(Approx. 3-4 weeks)
After confirming your payment, the craftsman will begin production on the next business day.
During production, we will keep you updated on the progress and estimated delivery date.

Completion
Final inspection. If any scratches or defects are detected, we will contact you.
We will send you images of the finished product for your confirmation.
Step 8.
Delivery
Ships within 1 business day. We will notify you of the shipping carrier and tracking number.

Can I have my jewelry remodeled?
Yes, we can.
We offer jewelry reforms (remakes) where we take your existing jewelry or loose stones and transform them into a new design. We also accommodate requests to process or remake jewelry (physical items) from our store.
*Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests depending on the type, condition, or size of the stone.

Can I use loose stones I already own? What about stones other than diamonds?
You can bring in your own items.
We accept loose stones or jewelry. Please consult us for gemstones other than diamonds.
We will check the condition and size, and then inform you whether your desired design is possible. There may be limitations depending on the type of stone.
Can I cancel midway through?
Feasibility varies depending on the process.
It is possible to accommodate requests before the craftsman begins the production process. After the production process has begun, actual costs will be incurred depending on the content of the request.
What if the item is not as imagined?
You will be able to review a preview of the finished product before placing your order.
Since production begins after you confirm the content, significant changes cannot be made once the product is complete.
