A full custom-made ring, requested as a remake.

The diamond was removed from an 18K yellow gold ring that had a beautiful 1-carat diamond set in it, and then set into a new platinum ring design.
Melee diamonds and pink tourmaline were set around that stone.

Upon request, the pink tourmaline was arranged with one stone for every two diamonds!
And, as is typical of full custom orders, a twisted design was incorporated around the entire circumference.
