Natural Yellow Diamond Fancy Intense Yellow Platinum Earrings | Gallery 626

We created a pair of earrings using natural yellow diamonds.

The Fancy Intense Yellow diamond first chosen was almost square, and from there we searched for a pair of stones that matched in size and color.

Yellow diamonds are said to be 1/10,000 as rare as colorless diamonds, so it took several months to find stones that matched in color and shape. However, we successfully found stones that pleased Owner K, and the earrings were produced.

The prongs holding the stones were designed to look like two slender claws.
The material is platinum, and the earrings feature French-made spring-loaded backs to prevent them from falling off!
