We delivered the custom-made memorial bone necklace, the first order we received since opening our business. Using part of the gemstones that your mother and grandmother used, we shaped a necklace inspired by "the moon" as you both desired, and within the necklace top, the cremated remains are housed in a hermetically sealed silver case. It took us a long time as it was our first time, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but we are truly grateful for your understanding.
