M-san, who had their wedding rings made at Reception previously, came to visit us.
It had been a while, so we chatted about various things, and when I finally asked about the main topic...
The plan they shared was a super surprise that got me, the listener, very excited!

What happened was that previously, the two of them came up with a design, and we made the rings at Reception. Original Wedding Ring Production Example

They cherished and used those wedding rings carefully, but they took them off because they were worried about them getting scratched while taking care of their child.
Then, while engrossed in childcare, they suddenly realized the ring was gone... Why... Where... Huh... No way...

They searched the car repeatedly, their room, the sofa, and whenever they had time, they searched everywhere, but it was gone... What to do...
Sometimes they got so depressed they cried; they were quite down. And rightly so, as it was one of only two wedding rings in the world, designed by them both.

Seeing his wife so down, the husband, with their wedding anniversary coming up this March, came to us for a consultation, saying, "I want to surprise her with a new wedding ring!"

Since we had the prototype data, we immediately provided an estimate and were about to start production.
Then, he saw the baby rings in the store and had an unexpected request: "Since our child was born, can you also make a baby ring in the same design that we created?"

A few days later, we gave him the estimate, and since it was such a special occasion, he placed the order. The two rings were completed in early March!
When he came to pick them up, he said, "I want to give them to her as a surprise on our wedding anniversary, but I'm worried about where to keep them. It wouldn't be fun if she found out, right?"
We chatted about him possibly keeping them at work, and I told him, "Please let me know her reaction to the surprise!"
We delivered the rings a few weeks before their wedding anniversary.

And then, the husband thought.

"Even though I've received the rings, first, I'm worried about where to store them, and if by any chance they are found, the carefully planned surprise will be ruined. Moreover, if I give them to her on our wedding anniversary, there's a non-zero chance she might be expecting something because it's our anniversary.

Okay, I'll purposely give her the rings today, the day I received them, on a day that's not our wedding anniversary or any special occasion at all!!"

And so, his wife, who received the surprise of the lost wedding ring and the never-before-seen baby ring of the same design, was reportedly overwhelmed with gratitude.

K-san, a high school friend who introduced them, had told me he loves surprises, but he turned out to be a surpriser beyond imagination.
