At our store, we primarily offer natural fancy color diamonds selected through in-person inspection, rather than relying solely on the information stated in grading reports.

・ We handle only natural diamonds.
・ All diamonds we offer are untreated, with no artificial treatment.
・ We handle both fancy color diamonds and colorless diamonds.
・ Lab reports are used as one part of our selection process. Each diamond is selected based on physical inspection, with attention to its individual color, shape, and character.
What We Look for When Selecting Diamonds
・ Color：color intensity, areas where the color appears weaker, and the first impression when viewed in person
・ Shape：the beauty of the outline and how the shape affects the appearance of the color
・ Clarity Characteristics：cloudiness and any visual impact on the overall appearance
After-sales support
Within one week from arrival date
If a defect caused by manufacturing or shipping is confirmed upon inspection within one week of delivery, we will provide a free repair or replacement.
(If parts such as stones are missing, or if it cannot be determined that the defect was caused by manufacturing or shipping, it may not be eligible for free repair.)

This can be confirmed by the information provided on the appraisal/sorting report.
At our store, we always confirm the presence of any treatments and the origin of the color before handling the items.

Does every item come with an appraisal certificate?
Information on both loose jewelry and the stones used is based on appraisal reports or sorting results.
If an appraisal report is not included at the time of listing, we can arrange for one to be obtained (for a fee) upon request.
How much color difference should I expect between the photos and the actual product?
Please note that there may be differences in appearance depending on the shooting and viewing environment.
