Free shipping is available throughout Japan. In-stock items are usually dispatched within 0–2 business days, while made-to-order items are usually dispatched within 3–5 weeks. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.
International shipping is available to selected destinations for JPY 3,000. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Customers are also responsible for the shipping cost when sending their own jewellery to us for remodelling or related services.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience, or cancellations after an order has been placed. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs.
Aftercare Support
Aftercare Support
After the first week following delivery, cleaning, a basic inspection, and one ring resize within ±1 size are complimentary for up to 6 months. Repairs for deformation or wear, refinishing, and resizing beyond these limits are chargeable. Round-trip shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.
Selection and Handling Standards for Natural, Untreated Diamonds
At our store, we primarily offer natural, not lab-grown diamonds with no artificial treatment, selected through in-person inspection, rather than relying solely on the information stated in grading reports.

・ We handle only natural diamonds.
・ All diamonds we offer are untreated.
・ We handle both natural color diamonds and colorless diamonds.

・ Sorting reports and grading reports are used as one part of our selection process. Each diamond is selected based on physical inspection, with attention to its individual color, shape, and character.

Where can I check if it's naturally occurring color?
You can verify this information in the grading report or sorting certificate.
At our store, we always confirm the presence of treatment and the origin of color before handling diamonds.
Does every item come with an appraisal certificate?
Information on both loose jewelry and the stones used is based on appraisal reports or sorting results.
If an appraisal report is not included at the time of listing, we can arrange for one to be obtained (for a fee) upon request.
How much color difference should I expect between the photos and the actual product?
The appearance of the product may vary depending on your shooting and viewing environment.
